Shipping

As part of our efforts to provide the best customer experience possible, we offer free express worldwide shipping for all orders. You should receive your in-stock item within 7 to 10 working days of placing your order regardless of your location anywhere in the world.

All orders within Singapore, placed before 11am, should reach you by the next working day!

Nothing has changed! We are shipping internationally as per usual. But please allow for some delays due to COVID-19.

Fine jewellery

All fine jewellery items are handcrafted and will take an estimated 2-3 weeks to be completed. Your order will be shipped out as soon as they are completed.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account.

Same-Day Courier Service

This service is only available for orders delivered to Singapore. Orders will have to be placed before 5pm to be delivered on the same day.

Insurance

CANDY & CARATS insures all orders from the time they leave us until they are stated as "delivered" by our delivery partner on their online tracking system.

Taxes and duties

All taxes and duties will be borne by the customer and subject to the destination country's rules and regulations.

Did not receive your order?

Kindly contact us at hello@candyandcarats.com if you have not received your package 10 working days after placing your order. Please note that shipping may sometimes take longer during peak periods such as the holiday season.
