Limited pieces

As all of our fine jewellery pieces (made in 14k or 18k gold or set with precious stones) are individually handcrafted by fine jewellery artisans, each design is produced in limited pieces and may take time to complete or restock.

You may also get early access to our next season's most-coveted styles before they are even available through preorders.

How to preorder?

For unavailable and next-season items that are available for preorder, look out for items marked "preorder" and simply add the item to your shopping cart and proceed to check out as usual. Your orders will be shipped out as soon as they are available.

Should your order consist of both currently in-stock and preorder items, they will be delivered separately at no extra charge. In-stock items will be shipped out at first opportunity and preorder items as soon as they become available.

When will my preorder arrive?

An estimated delivery timeframe will be stated in the item's description for all preorder items.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Please contact us at hello@candyandcarats.com to cancel your preorder if you change your mind within 1 day of placing your order. Your preorder will be cancelled at your request and refunded accordingly.

Can preordered items be returned?

All orders, with the exception of customised items, are subject to our 7-day return policy.
